Terlica Labs is Diogo Terlica, working from Lisbon across Europe.

A studio of one is not a limitation here, it is the delivery model. There is no account manager between the problem and the person writing the code, and no handoff where context goes missing. What you say on Monday is in the repository on Tuesday.

AI does a lot of the typing. It does not choose the architecture, and it does not sign off the tests. That part is the job.
